Laval (Qc), August 27, 2019 – The STL (Société de transport de Laval) is happy to join Laval Comiccon as the title partner by offering a free shuttle service to all visitors who wish to use public transportation. This shuttle service will run between Montmorency terminal to Place Sports Experts all weekend long, on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and on Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Furthermore, the STL will be giving away a free monthly pass to one lucky winner among those who come dressed up to Comiccon. To enter, visitors will have to take their picture at the designated area. Contest details will be published soon.
New attractions added to the program
In addition to the appearance of special guest Daniel Logan, a New-Zealand-born actor renowned for his role as young Boba Fett in the 2002 film Star Wars: Episode II – Attack of the Clones, who will infuse the celebration with a dose of magic from a galaxy far, far away, guests such as The Estrada Sisters (cosplay), Valkyria (cosplay), Marco Rudy (comic book artist) and Dijibril Morisette (comic book artist) will also be there. For car enthusiasts, fans will have the chance to get a picture and come admire replicas of the Jurassic Park Jeep as well as the Mad Max Pursuit Interceptor.
